FAQ page for a few insights.
Website updates are always in progress as new material is added, and we're still finding
residual "stuff" from the closing of Amber Quill Press.  It doesn't help that the author is a
Gemini and loves to redecorate at the drop of the proverbial hat.
Please excuse the mess we seem to create as we work.
A word about third party vendors: Third party vendors such as Amazon,
iTunes, Barnes & Noble, etc., are important to the publishing industry.
Many authors, myself included, provide links to the individual book pages at third party
vendors.  Unfortunately, those links are subject to change by the third party vendor without
notice when these companies expand. Just like the reader, the author has to track down the
new link - but then the author has to update all the pages of their personal
website. It's inconvenient for everyone!
Welcome to the website of KC Kendricks, author of contemporary gay romance.

With a summer storm threatening to ruin his Friday afternoon,
Asa Burton packs his briefcase and bolts for home before the
driving gets dangerous. On the interstate, stuck behind an
accident, he regrets his decision until he sees Ford Weston
standing along the side of the road talking to a police officer.

Ford Weston can’t believe his luck, bad and good. First his car
gets clipped on the tail end of an accident, and then none other
than Asa Burton pulls over and offers him a ride home. Coming
face-to-face with the biggest regret of his life leaves Ford off-
balance. He’d screwed up with Asa all those years ago. It was
his fault the relationship ended.

Asa can’t believe he’s found Ford again, so why is he angry
with himself? Could it be because Ford walked out on him
without a word seventeen years ago and he did nothing to
stop him? Asa’s sure of only one thing – Fate just handed him
the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to win back Ford.

Griffith Ernde missed his father’s funeral because he
was drunk. When he made it to the cemetery, the gates
closed with him on the inside. Griff ends up in a cell at
the local precinct house charged with trespassing with
no way to salvage the day. No doubt about, it’s a
personal low in his life. Then his luck changed when
Kory Watts joined him in the cell.

Kory Watts has a knack for being at the wrong place at
the wrong time. Stood up on a blind date at a local club,
Kory gets swept up in a drug raid and lands in a cell with
an inebriated stranger. When his drug test comes back
clean, the duty sergeant offers Kory a deal: if he takes
Griff home, they both can go with no charges. It’s not a
deal Kory will refuse.

When Kory and Griff meet again, they agree to have a
drink - of ice water. Neither man judges the other and it’s
quickly apparent they share an attraction. As their
budding relationship heats up, Kory wonders if he’s
ready to get serious with a guy he just met no matter
how well suited to each other they are. When Griff is
suddenly charged with the murder of his father, Kory is
ready to move heaven and earth to help prove him
innocent, but it might not be enough to save what’s
between them.

Chain Lightning

There is something a little peculiar about Eli Tate. Oh,
he appears normal enough on the surface, but he’s
spent years trying to remember what happened to him
- and why he doesn’t age. Then there’s the way he can
shift shape. He doesn’t know what kind of being he
really is or if there are any others like him. What he
does know he’s been in the same town for thirty years
and he needs to move on.

Returning to the Big Apple, Eli takes up residence

in his old apartment. An evening walk turns deadly
when he’s attacked by pure evil. He barely escapes
with his life - thanks to a stranger named Rio who

is a shape shifter like him.

Rio says he knows Eli and that he’s been searching for
him for many years. Rio confesses they were once
lovers. Eli has no memory of such a time, and now

he’s out of options. To remember his past, and destroy
the creature pursuing them, Eli has no choice but to
trust Rio - and maybe fall in love with him again.
